Climate X’s advanced risk analytics and Mitie’s real estate expertise to help firms move from climate risk awareness to decisive action.

LONDON; 24 June 2026 – Climate X, the leader in climate resilience analytics, has today announced a new partnership with Mitie, the UK’s leading facilities management transformation and compliance company, to help organisations identify, quantify and mitigate the physical impacts of climate change across their assets and operations.
Through the partnership, Climate X’s climate risk intelligence tools will power Mitie’s new Climate Change Risk Assessment service. This will enable Mitie to help customers identify climate vulnerabilities, assess financial exposure and develop tailored resilience plans. By combining Climate X’s analytics with Mitie’s operational delivery expertise across estates and infrastructure, the partnership will support organisations to move beyond compliance-led reporting towards practical resilience planning and investment.
The partnership was launched as part of London Climate Action Week 2026, with a reception hosted by Mitie in The Shard. The event explored how organisations can better understand their physical climate exposure across estates, assets and operations and included a panel event featuring Mitie, Climate X and Future Food Movement.

Climate risk is no longer a concern for tomorrow - it is a business challenge organisations must address today,"
Lukky Ahmed, CEO & Co-Founder at Climate X
According to the World Economic Forum’s latest Global Risks Report, extreme weather is among the most severe risks facing organisations over the coming decade. Against this backdrop, organisations are increasingly seeking intelligence that enables them to assess vulnerabilities, quantify financial impacts and prioritise targeted adaptation strategies. This will help organisations strengthen resilience across their operations and supply chains by identifying areas of highest exposure and prioritising action accordingly.
“Climate risk is no longer a concern for tomorrow - it is a business challenge that organisations must address today,” said Lukky Ahmed, CEO & Co-founder of Climate X. “By combining Climate X’s AI science-backed climate risk analytics with Mitie’s deep operational expertise, we will help more companies move beyond identifying risk to taking meaningful action, such as identifying infrastructure investments that will build resilience against flooding, storms and extreme heat.”
Our ambition is to help our customers build true operational resilience in the face of accelerating climate risk. Climate X provides access to some of the most advanced climate risk datasets available today. Combined with Mitie’s asset-level real estate data and the expertise of our consultants, our Climate Change Risk Assessment service can deliver forward-looking hazard modelling, financial impact quantification and scenario-based analytics to help our customers make more informed decisions.”
