The partnership will initially focus on real estate portfolios where climate resilience and disclosure are becoming central to asset value and access to finance. Clients will be able to draw on Climate X's asset and portfolio-level risk assessments alongside IBD sustain's advisory support, producing structured outputs suitable for discussions with investors, lenders and regulators.
