A seasoned board director, C-suite executive and advisor, Craig brings 23 years of experience in commercial real estate, professional services and technology companies to Climate X.
His expertise will support Climate X to engage the commercial real estate industry, establishing the business’s award-winning platform Spectra as the leading tool to help real estate professionals manage climate risk.
Climate X has created a digital “twin” of the Earth, which projects how extreme weather events - including flood, wildfire, extreme heat, storms, or landslides - can damage properties, infrastructure or assets under different emissions scenarios, to the year 2100. This helps commercial property firms and financial institutions prepare for such events and pivot their long-term business strategy.

Craig has led business units in both large global public companies and private mid-cap growth businesses. He was previously CEO of Global Corporate Services at Newmark Knight Frank where he led all sales, operations and platform investments for their corporate real estate business. Prior to Newmark, he was U.S President of Colliers International Group, overseeing more than $1billion in annual revenue, 5,600 real estate professionals and 150 offices.
Over the course of his career, Craig has also held various executive and senior management positions at commercial real estate services firms Cassidy Turley and CBRE, as well as AIG Investments.
Most recently, he was Chief Growth Officer for coworking company Industrious and led Powered By We, a hyper-growth business unit at WeWork providing technology, development and management services to property owners and tenants.
